I have been a therapist for 18 years and specialize in helping adults and teenagers who are struggling with depression, stress and anxiety, and relationship problems. One of my additional specialties is working with partners of narcissists and adult children who were impacted by having a narcissistic parent. My approach is direct, solution-focused, and non-judgmental. I believe that humor has an important place in therapy and I use it often.
