Most of the time, your family and friends can support you through life's changes. But sometimes life gets overwhelming, especially when those changes involve your own child. My style of holistic treatment can produce lasting effects in both the emotional and spiritual life. Your faith is welcomed as a strength to our work, adding a depth that psychology alone can't achieve. Some of the issues I treat include trauma, bossiness, nervousness/worry, sadness/depression, defiance/anger, isolation, and social skills. My practice places a strong emphasis on parenting support, helping you be an effective and confident parent. Don't just take a cookie cutter approach to therapy! My techniques involve a variety of humanistic and cognitive treatments to allow for individualized talk and play therapy for adults and children from age 2.5.
