I work collaboratively with my patients to determine together what we need to work on. Usually in three to four sessions we can put together a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs or your needs as a couple. We will initially assess what is going on with you individually or as a couple and then together lay out a treatment plan that gets you in and out quickly. My patients set their own agenda, own times, and together we determine length of treatment. In today's culture we have to be flexible for your convenience and schedule. Your first visit is free. After that you can decide whether or not to come back. I work on a sliding scale based on family income.While I don't take insurance some companies pay for my services.
