Life can be difficult sometimes. This is especially true if you are struggling to manage your moods or your relationships or both. Having a safe place to process your struggles and make plans to live life in an emotionally healthier place can be helpful. I enjoy helping people improve their relationships by improving themselves. Some of the areas I enjoy working with are: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Panic Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Phobias, Agoraphobia, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anger Management, and Sexuality. When people improve in these areas, they frequently also notice improvements in their relationships. I am Prepare/Enrich Certified and provide Premarital Counseling. I help couples with Communication and Conflict Resolutions Skills. I also provide Affair Recovery after the discovery of infidelity in the marriage. I have a Master's degree in "Marriage and Family Therapy with a Specialization in Christian Sex Therapy". Having been married for 25 years, I know first-hand how important it is to invest time and energy in improving yourself and your marriage.
