I work with clients of all ages; adults, families, children, and adolescents, assisting with a very broad range of issues and problems. My special interests include, but are not limited to: Anxiety disorders, Stress management, Panic disorder, Agoraphobia (ie; fear of shopping, attending movies, being alone, driving and anxiety attacks), Post-traumatic-stress disorder, Depression, Grief/Bereavement (ie; after the loss of a loved one), Compulsive Over-Eating, Bulimia, difficulty maintaining healthy weight, Parenting-skills, child guidance, etc. We will work together on improving your managing of personal and relationship issues, life transitions, mastering emotional/psychological challenges, and increasing effective coping skills. It is a great privilege to observe my clients increase their self-understanding, clarity, acceptance, resolution, peace of mind, contentment, sense of freedom, and happiness.
