As a clinical psychologist who has practiced independently for over 10 years, I draw upon upon scientifically proven methods of cognitive behavioral therapy while tailoring treatment to your particular goals, strengths, and values. We work together to increase self-awareness, alleviate distress, and develop more flexible ways of relating to yourself and others. In addition to treating a wide range of mood and stress concerns, I specialize in treating women's health issues (e.g., breast cancer, postpartum depression) and grief over the loss of a loved one.
