I work best with people who are curious about themselves, their world and their relationships. Roughly 2/3 of my practice is focused on individuals with the remaining 1/3 being couples. My best "fit" is with clients who expect to work, are active, verbal and want to be in an interactive therapy. I freely share the "map" that I'm working from as we go. A central goal is to access authenticity so that therapy addresses struggles in clarifying what people want, know, think and feel. I specialize in relationships. To that end, our work looks at your responses to both inner and outer authority, your development of intimacy with others, and ultimately, how you cooperate with the important people in your world in order to have gratifying relationships. With over 25 years of private practice experience I feel comfortable knowing how to navigate through difficult times and spaces with the people I see. There's a premium on you having equal footing in the process and being able to claim your own authority going forward
