I provide a practical & effective approach to helping individuals manage the many stressors, challenges, and problems of life. I help clients identify patterns of thinking and behaving that are blocking their way to happiness.I I enjoy helping my clients see that there is always another way to look at a "problem" that will bring them clarity. I believe that we all have the right to live the best life possible and I am here to help you do just that. I offer Workplace workshops I focus on my clients' strengths in order to help them deal with their problems in a new empowered way. Together we work as a team. I use cognitive, behavioral, mindfulfulness to help my clients see how their own thinking can get in their way. Whether working with depression, anxiety or weight loss, I help clients use conscious awareness of the present moment to identify habitual thoughts that are sabotaging their best efforts. Mindfulness (being aware of what we're doing while we're doing it) informs much of my work.
