My goal as a Reality Therapist is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I work with adults, teenagers and children with a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, parenting, childhood abuse, domestic violence, divorce, suicidal ideas, low self-esteem, relationships, marriage, sexuality, work life and difficult transitions. You can expect me to meet you where you are in life without judging you. We will work together toward positive changes. You can expect to be encouraged, affirmed, and challenged to change. Sessions are offered during afternoons and evenings to accommodate various work schedules.
