There's nothing you can't feel or say in my office. I work to create a relaxed and safe environment that supports growth and meaningful change. In my office, you can push past fear and open up to new possibilities. It is a place where you can be your true self and never be afraid of judgment. I am dually licensed in both mental health and substance abuse and skilled at treating co-occurring disorders. Research shows addressing addiction and mental health disorders in treatment, at the same time, increases success rates. I have extensive experience in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, anger management and relationship issues. One of my primary specialties is substance abuse, which includes treating people who are currently using, in recovery, and working with the people that love them. I have eight years experience in a variety of settings and levels of care as well as five years experience in the criminal justice system. In addition I have had a private practice providing outpatient counseling since 2009.
