As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is my desire to help clients learn healthier coping and communication skills. I strive to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves, their problematic and possibly self destructive patterns, how to view situations in a different, more constructive way and how to make positive changes in their lives and relationships. Depending on the needs of my clients, I practice a variety of therapeutic orientations which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples; whether in newly formed relationships, needing pre-marital counseling or couples who've been together for an extended period of time. I enjoy assisting individuals and couples meet their goals and improve their relationships.
