I am a licensed professional counselor in private practice. I provide caring and compassionate counseling/psychotherapy services to adults and teens. I have experience in working with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, bipolar, alcohol/substance addiction, post-traumatic stress, childhood trauma, self-harming, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. All of us, at one point or another, have gotten to a point where we felt unhappy, overwhelmed, lost, out of control, and/or dissatisfied in our lives. I believe counseling/psychotherapy is about learning and understanding ourselves so that we can lead a happier, more content life and be the best version of ourselves.
