My practice centers on nonjudgmental, experienced care for individuals, couples and families. Tackling the issues and problems and FINDING SOLUTIONS are of focus. MARITAL issues that come about such as life transitions, infidelity, sex, conflicted communication, raising children, financial strain and those considering divorce are targeted. INDIVIDUALS experiencing mood and relationship problems will gain focus and new perceptions. I am committed to and well-prepared for sessions. Professional experience, past and current educational milestones and personal life experiences have made me a caring, committed and effective therapist. I will be direct, non-judgmental and supportive, always showing compassion. I have success in marital improvement & harmony, sex therapy & sexuality, anger & mood problems, adolescent & adult life transitions, anger, depression, anxiety/stress, divorce/separation, etc. and substance, pornography, etc. addictions. I can help you heal from an abusive past and cope with stressors and troublesome life circumstances. I chose a location for my office that is quiet, confidential and discrete. Just off the Watterson and I-71 at the Brownsboro Road exit, my office location is convenient and highly accessible to all parts of Louisville and Southern Indiana. Group therapy are also available at this location.
