Life is full of many transitions. If you are adjusting to a life changing event, I will help you develop new coping strategies and offer you support with these transitions. I can also assist you with problem-solving, address relationship issues and help you improve your mood. I firmly believe that a good therapeutic experience can lead to life-long changes. My philosophy is to listen to your needs and work with you to achieve your goals. I particularly enjoy working with young adults/older adolescents coping with life transitions and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with parents of this population.
