Everyone has times when they need support and an objective listener to help sort out life's challenges. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help people see the best in themselves and take control of their lives. In my practice, I work with adults, adolescents and children with a variety of concerns. My approach to therapy is primarily cognitive-behavioral within the context of life experiences. I see clients who are dealing with problems of mood, relationships, work and family. I specialize in treatment of anxiety disorders in both adults and children. I also enjoy working with women and the many challenges of juggling work and family. With 29 years of practice, I have worked in a variety of settings and with a wide range of problems. I have many years of experience in the area of trauma and working with children.
