Gretchen Blycker, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor trained in mindfulness-based therapy, specializing in sexual and relational health. Gretchen's philosophy and practice in therapy are rooted in compassion, non-judgment, unity, and evidenced-based modalities that are directed toward healing, growth and integration. As a result of the growing need for the treatment of intimacy disorders, sexual trauma, and online/offline sex and love addiction, Gretchen trained with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals for her certification as a sex addiction therapist. She also teaches Human Sexuality at the University of Rhode Island.
