Life is full of challenges and we all face times in our lives where we may struggle to maintain our sense of well-being. During these times it is often helpful to speak with a professional; where you feel safe and comfortable to work through these challenges. As a therapist I like to meet the client where they are in their present struggles and walk alongside them towards healing. No matter what the issue may be I am here to help you. I utilize an array of different approaches to therapy and choose the best fit for each client. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, and adults, with a variety of issues; such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, divorce, attachment, ADD/ADHD, underachievement, behavioral issues, addiction, and family/relationship conflict.
