With over 25 years of practice in psychotherapy, I have treated many different types of people and problems. Mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and dissociation are a few. I also work with couples and families struggling to find the balance and complimentarity needed to preserve their connections. I have focused training in the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders as well as couples therapy and am particularly interested in helping people identify their unconscious relationship agendas. I am EMDR Level II certified; a targeted intervention for the treatment of physical, sexual and relational trauma. Many of my clients describe me as forthcoming with feedback, yet supportive. I am energetic in the pursuit of staying current with what is happening in the field of psychotherapy. My clients seem to value the humor, energy and insight that I bring to the process. Appointment times are flexible.
