Reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult challenges we face. Finding the right person to talk to when you may already be in crisis and have limited resources can be overwhelming. My clients have told me they appreciate how comfortable I make them with my directness, humor and comforting empathy. Clients may need support through life transitions or with depression, anxiety or overcoming trauma, and I offer an emotionally safe and comfortable, yet challenging environment for them to heal. In the 18 years I have been practicing I have developed a great deal of experience in working with divorce, trauma and women's issues, as well as all areas of mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.
