As a licensed mental health counselor and a certified holistic counselor, I can assist you in achieving a real sense of competence, balance, and acceptance in your life. I effectively treat young adults (16+), adults and families and my lead speciality is working with couples who are either in crisis or have a desire to increase understanding and joy in their relationship. I have post-graduate training in ADD/ADHD counseling, EFT, and sex therapy. I see clients in my North Kingstown office weekdays, weeknights and offer phone sessions as well. I can help individuals recognize where their actions are not matching their intentions and how to make authentic commitments to yourself and others. I can help you become more fully alive and authentic. I also offer couples intensives and workshops for those who wish to take their hopes for their lives into right action. I encourage individuals and couples to consider the efficacy and ease of telephone counseling at any time. I am able to help stuck couples feel, move and breathe again.
