My practice includes children and families to address a variety of mental health and developmental concerns including Anxiety, ADHD, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and behavioral disorders. I find the greatest success by addressing negative thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Expressive arts and Mindfulness are often part of my work with clients in order to support expression, self-awareness, exploration, and communication of the issues at hand. I bring compassion and dedication to join in partnership with you to address your challenges and help you move forward.
