Sometimes life throws us into a turbulent sea, all alone and without a life vest. We struggle and thrash against the sea, until we're lost and sinking. We don't know where to turn for help. I'm here to bring you back to shore safely and help you develop skills so you won't be lost again. I'll work with you gently, encouragingly and with compassion. By sharing my life knowledge and counseling experience, you'll begin to paddle toward the shore and a better life. We will work together to bring you into still water. Grief and loss,whether from a traumatic loss or life change, are very important to understand. I utilize Art Therapy as a tool for healing and have had extensive workshops, both in Grief and in Art Therapy. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques to help manage depression and anxiety and focus on designing a treatment plan for each individual person.
