My therapy practice is based on the understanding that each person is a unique individual and that psychotherapy should be formulated to meet the uniqueness of the persons needs rather than tailoring the person to fit any particular theory of human behavior. I practice Client Directed, Outcome Informed therapy: the clients voice and goals are the first consideration and I collect feedback regularly to measure the outcome of therapy and to constantly improve the process. I am committed to helping each unique individual achieve their goals and create the change they desire.
