I am an outpatient mental health therapist practicing in Portland, Maine. My approach is strengths-based, positive and holistic. I develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients based on the client's cultural perspective, educational background and symptoms. The main focus of my practice is providing counseling services to immigrants and refugees in Portland. I have over ten years experience providing social work services with interpreters and currently work with a number of exceptional professional interpreters. I also provide counseling services to American clients with anxiety and depression. I offer a positive and friendly atmosphere for clients.
