I utilize humor and a down to earth approach to build a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship designed to foster my clients' movement toward change. I operate from a strengths-based approach and will work with you to discover your strengths and use them to reach your goals. I practice from an eclectic approach often using components of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and person-centered treatment modalities I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families, with a wide variety of treatment issues i.e. anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, attachment, relationship issues, and more.
