I feel deeply honored to be a part of my clients' journies towards change and growth. I value diversity and I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds. Theoretically, I consider myself a generalist and I integrate a psychodynamic, CBT, and relational framework. I view the therapy process as a collaborative experience, in which the client and therapist work together on the client's goals and presenting concerns. Furthermore, I see the therapeutic relationship as a facilitative condition for promoting change. Thus, I appreciate the opportunity to work with clients in increasing their insight and developing coping strategies to work through life's struggles. Aside from therapy, I also specialize in building multicultural awareness and cultural sensitivity within clinical practice and/or the work place.
