I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working with adolescents through adults with depression and anxiety in a variety of settings. I am trained in several evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, exposure and response prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, and completed Level 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders (including OCD, GAD, PTSD, and specific phobias) and relationship issues. Additionally, I have significant experience working with individuals with Parkinson's disease with depression and anxiety. I also provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. I offer evening hours for your convenience.
