There are times in every adult's life when the skills that we use to cope with challenges don't seem like quite enough. During these difficult times it is often helpful to have someone to help us find new ways to look at things, make connections between these challenges and past experiences, and explore new solutions. I see psychotherapy as a team effort between the client and the therapist; an opportunity to recognize new possibilities in the current situation and in future growth and development. I feel that a client's belief system and faith background can be a powerful resource to draw from, for strength and healing. I also practice and teach Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation.
