Don't let fear, anxiety, doubt and depression define you. My primary treatment focus is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for people struggling with anxiety and depression. I have worked with persons struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) including Hoarding Disorder (HD) as well as with family members of persons struggling with HD, General Anxiety Disorder, image concerns (Body Dysmorphic Disorder), Social and Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, Depression and various life stressors. I have extensive experience in helping individuals cope with difficult situations and emotional crisis and can assist a person access resources to address basic needs as well as work collaboratively with various agencies. I am a member of the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation (IOCDF) and have completed Advanced Training offered by the IOCDF for OCD and Hoarding Disorder. I have worked in social services for over 10 years, formerly at Brown University with the Center of Gerontology and Community Health Care and Butler Hospital and NRI. I have worked extensively in the community as an outpatient clinician specializing in work with persons diagnosed with anxiety disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Hoarding Disorder (HD) Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) ,General Anxiety Disorder(GAD) Depression and Acute Life stressors.
