I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at Anchor Counseling Center who has worked in the field of social work for ten years. Through use of cognitive behavioral therapy we can address your troublesome thoughts, feelings and behaviors together and build coping skills to improve your quality of life. I have worked with people who suffer from both mental and physical illness. My areas of specialty include mood disorders, anxiety, depression, geriatrics, Alzheimers Disease, grief and loss, terminal illness, and caregiver stress. I have experience assisting older adults and their families through challenges associated with the aging process. Anchor Memory Clinic has recently opened at our Lincoln office and is accepting new patients. At the clinic I focus on providing psycho-education and supportive counseling to people with memory impairments and their families.
