Welcome to my office, located in a quiet neighborhood just off Maine St. in downtown Brunswick. My practice offers personal, family, and relationship counseling for adults and older adolescents. I am comfortable assisting people with depression, anxiety, stress related problems, and family or relationship issues. I welcome the opportunity to support women in the journey through menopause and healthy aging. In addition I am EMDR trained and have a substantial amount of experience helping people recover from the impact of either childhood or adult life traumas. Personally I enjoy dance, exercising,and meditation. I have a strong interest in spirituality and wellness. I like to look at things holistically and value collaboration. I am happy, with your permission, to consult with your doctor or other involved practitioners. After we speak on the phone we'll schedule an initial appointment. At that time we will speak in depth about the problems which most concern you as well as some of your background and history. Together we will look at which treatment options would be most helpful and decide how to proceed.
