There are many challenges in life that can create many day to day stressors. I believe, at times, we may feel alone and feel we have no one that understands or listens. I also believe that we all have a time in our lives in which we need someone to listen, encourage and motivate us. I believe that we all have existing strengths, resources and problem-solving skills. As a therapist, my goal is to listen and enhance your belief in your own inner strengths, resources and resilience. When these resouces are identified and amplified, positive change occurs. My focus is relationship and strength based as well as solution oriented. I provide a safe, comforting, non-judgment and nuturing space for us to work together in encouraging you to move out of analyzing the nature of the challenges you may be facing and instead assist in finding solutions. *****I only provide in home therapy in Brunswick, Lewiston and Auburn.
