I am Kristi Ging, the owner of East Hill Counseling Services, a solo practice providing individual counseling and therapy for adults. I have experience working with individuals in a variety of settings including inmates in a maximum security prison, clients in an emergency mental health care setting, clients in an inpatient substance abuse treatment center, first responders, and citizens within and around Gulf Breeze and Pensacola who have been victims of crime or lost loved ones due to sudden and/or unexpected death. In my current role at East Hill Counseling Services, I provide individual counseling and therapy for adults with a focus on anxiety disorders, depression, stress management and prevention, and life transition issues.
