I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Alaska with over 12 years' experience in the field of mental health. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology as well as a Graduate Certificate in Children's Mental Health from the University of Alaska Anchorage. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and the elderly from various cultural backgrounds who were struggling with issues ranging from traumatic life events to difficulties coping with everyday stress. Life comes with unanticipated twists that can leave us confused, hurt, and disoriented making our daily lives difficult. Counseling can help find ways to deal with these issues. If you or someone you know experiences depression, apathy, anger, conflicts, stress or other issues that make it hard to enjoy life, I'm here to help. Contacting a therapist can be difficult. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible by collaborating with you in a relaxed, informal manner.
