Kids having trouble adjusting to a new school or a divorce? Arguing with your spouse all the time? Having emotional ups and downs? Wanting things to change? I work with individuals, children, couples, and families. I believe that everyone can move beyond their problems and live a life that maximizes their potential! I do EMDR, sand tray and play therapy as well as traditional talk therapy. I believe that looking at your past can help you understand your problems, but the focus should be on your preferred future. The most important part of therapy is having a warm accepting person interested in you! I work in a therapy agency with three other therapists. We all see individual adults, children, couples, and families. Because we have multiple therapists/therapy rooms, we can often arrange for several members of the same family (e.g., siblings, or parents/children) to have appointments at the same time.
