The majority of my work is with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, co-dependency and women's issues, PTSD, and life transitions. I assist clients in solving current life issues for both individual and family problems, by identifying false thinking patterns that are directly affecting emotions using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and teaching Mindfulness. I help clients set realistic goals for their lives, and assist them with follow-through and tracking progress. I enjoy helping clients learn to develop self-awareness for more positive relationships others, and unconditional love and acceptance of themselves. I have my bachelor's and master's degree in Social Work, and have completed an additional 2-years/ 3,000 post-masters clinical hours and passed the clinical licensing exam to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
