Are you finding yourself stuck? Are you struggling with symptoms physically, feeling emotionally drained, or mentally exhausted? I believe that with adequate resources and support, every person can reach their desired health in all regards...physically, emotionally, and mentally. People often find themselves stuck; stuck with what they're used to, stuck with what they think will help them to avoid pain, stuck with what they perceive as the only option available to them. Counseling can be an avenue to gain perspective outside of oneself that introduces new possibilities for change, growth, and wellness. I am a Wellness Counselor, treating the whole person. My education is in clinical mental health, nutrition, and exercise science. I employ an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, considering how a client is feeding and treating their body, because I believe best practice means addressing both a person's physical and mental health. I also offer clients virtual sessions via email, telephone, video Skype or Chat.
