Relationships can be a daily blessing, as well as a struggle. Whether you are having difficulties with family members, co-workers, or members of the community, I would appreciate the opportunity to guide you in learning about boundaries, and coping skills, so you can get along better and live a happier life. Asking for what you need and want does not always come easy, but is an important part of improving relationships. In our one hour therapy session, I will assist you in working on your cognitions and understanding of your beliefs. Often realizing why you get upset or angry about the things you do is the beginning to changing those behaviors and learning to let go of things that aren't that important. I recognize that therapy can be difficult. I care about what happens in your life and truly hope you can live happier and healthier in your relationships.
