Offering free initial consultation. Finding the right therapist may seem overwhelming but taking the time to find the"best fit" for you is important. I offer a free phone or face to face consultation so that you have the opportunity to "try on" the therapist and hopefully get "a fit" that is right for you. I work primarily with adults, seniors, and couples on issues ranging from anxiety, depression, work and relational stress, and other problems in living. I view each client as being unique and work to find solutions that are "tailored" to your needs. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including the use of clinical hypnosis which is particularly useful for phobias, panic disorder, smoking cessation, weight loss and insomnia. Hypnotherapy can also be used to treat anxiety and mood disorders as well as some medical conditions such as IBS and chronic pain.
