Congratulations on taking this difficult step. Asking for help can be difficult when you feel you've exhausted your personal resources and have lost the belief that things can change. The fact that you are reading this means they can. I partner with people lost in addiction to assist them in reconnecting with their True Self. Addiction doesn't happen on it's own and we will work together to uncover the false beliefs, support the new practices, and begin and sustain Recovery. I work with people suffering from all addictions, but with a primary focus on recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, including food. I work regularly with adults and adolescents who have experienced negative consequences including relationship, legal, work, and social problems. Within my practice I have assisted hundreds of individuals to support there personal recovery goals and have experience counseling family members and loved ones impacted by the addict. Additionally, I work with the specific needs of Adult and Juvenile Probation, deferred dispositions, and am a DEEP (OUI) certified counselor.
