I am passionate about helping my clients overcome challenges that we all face during our life's journey while creating real, lasting changes that will make that journey more enjoyable. I have worked with individuals, couples and families to help them better understand themselves and achieve life goals. I have also worked successfully with clients suffering from mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation as well as negative habits such as procrastination and addiction. Everyone's problems are different, however, and I am dedicated to creating a treatment plan to suit every person's unique needs and situation. I have much experience with and specialize in working with children, youth, and parents whether they are struggling with behavioral, developmental, or intellectual differences such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD or just need a little help navigating the difficulties of growing up and parenting. I believe in creating a genuine connection between myself and my clients in order foster more positive results. I also offer play therapy as well as sand-tray therapy for my younger clients.
