Starting or returning to therapy can be one of the most difficult, yet positive and rewarding decisions you make in your life. In therapy I strive to offer a safe space to gain increased self-awareness and to examine what may have you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Through the process of therapy, you can shift your current way of doing things, change life-patterns and overcome barriers that keep getting in your way. It takes courage to begin therapy, but once you make the decision, it will likely enhance your sense of self, your relationships, and your quality of life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have over 15 years experience helping people enhance their personal lives and relationships. I am a certified Master Career Counselor, MBTI practitioner,and Qualified Supervisor. I offer individual, couples, and group counseling, and work with a wide range of issues and concerns. I specialize and have particular interest in working with relationship concerns, life transitions, depression, anxiety reduction and social phobia, self-esteem, identity development, women's issues, body image concerns, career concerns, multicultural concerns, GLBTQ issues, grief and loss, and trauma recovery.
