At Innovation Counseling Group, we work hard to provide the most comprehensive holistic treatment for those who are struggling through a difficult time, and those seeking self-actualization. Just like a mirror reflects what another individual would see in us, at Innovation we are able to reflect how clients sound, appear, and affect those around them, and then offer new insight and fresh perspectives to those clients. We work in conjunction with counselors, social workers, holistic health doctors, and more to provide the best comprehensive treatment possible, catering to the needs of each individual in all areas of life. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and stress, but also have extensive experience with a myriad of concerns and issues, from major life decisions, to family and relationship concerns, to children struggling in school, to personality disorders, to geriatric care. At Innovation, I work around your schedule, with sessions in early mornings, evenings, and weekends. I also offer free in-person consultations. Additionally, I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an amazingly effective treatment modality for trauma, anxiety, phobias and many other stressors.
