I have over 25 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and running groups. I offer effective tools for managing anxiety and depression, and I have extensive experience helping families with substance abuse, separation and divorce issues and co-parenting,codependency, and self esteem issues. I provide compassionate and empowering assistance to those in pain. With children, I have many years of experience treating ADHD, social problems,anxiety, oppositional behavior, and abuse or neglect. My group experience includes social skills groups for ADHD and pre-teen girls, single parent support groups, and women's Codependency recovery groups. My specialities include Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), play therapy, anxiety management, handling ADHD, working with adolescents, codependency and substance abuse treatment, family therapy and group therapy. I work with clients where they are at in their change process. I am certified in Internal Family Systems Therapy. My clients have experienced positive change and healing from this approach. Also, I have flexible hours and work some Saturdays. Finally, I make good connections with a variety of people of varying ages and bring compassion and hope to my clients.
