I have worked with individuals from youth through seniors. I provide therapy designed to your personal needs & I also provide motivation and personal potential counseling. I believe that every individual who walks through my door wants to become a happier/healthier person. I feel my job as a therapist is to assist people to make choices that will lead to a more fulfilling life. This means identifying key issues that may be problematic, building on strengths and working to develop a plan to live one's life more authentically.
