I am a spiritually-oriented developmental psychologist and psychotherapist, and I specialize in work with adults and couples around issues as diverse as life purpose, depression, anxiety, addictions, relational problems, and marital dysfunction. I have helped many couples return from the brink of separation, and gain a less self-centered and more compassionate understanding of each other. I have a strong commitment to the intersection between scientific psychology, spirituality, and psychotherapy. I believe that psychological and spiritual health are inseparable, and healing involves mind, body, and soul. I also understand the specific challenges of our culture at this time, and have much experience with cross-cultural contexts.
